The office staff is the best office staff to work with and so are maintenance guys. I've never had better customer service at any other apartment. Seriously you guys, you should move here immediately. The Taco Burrito House is literally across the street!

Overall Great. Staff is great and the apartments are really lovely. Lots of updates but you do not lose that original charm. Great soundproofing too. Do not hear my neighbors next door. Like the amenities, like the fitness room or community grills. Really happy

I've been living at Reside on Irving Park for about 2 months and so far so good. I am enjoying my space and convenient proximity to downtown and to Evanston. I plan to attend the community events once my schedule permits it. I love that they offer free fitness classes and hobby/leisure classes like yoga and cooking!

Reside is an exceptional community that doesn't make you feel like a renter. The layouts / room sizes are compatible for a single professional and I feel the finishes are appropriate for the target audience. Staff is polite and generally responsive. Little touches like landscaping and keeping common areas clean go a LONG way (considering I used to vacuum the stairs at my previous rental). I'm happy to live here.
